Description
Structural stability of the entrapped leuprolide acetate (LPA) in poly (DL-lactide-coglycolide)(PLGA) was studied after in-vitro release of the drug using UV-Vis, fluorescence, circular dichroism, 1 H NMR spectroscopic and HPTLC techniques.
