The analysis of some published results of experimental studies on palladium-hydrogen and
nickel-hydrogen systems in high-pressure-hydrogen conditions is presented together with
the calculation and extrapolation methods used. The hydrogen-to-palladium atomic ratios,
RH Pd≥ 1, and the hydrogen-to-nickel atomic ratios, RHN i≥ 1, were never obtained for
gaseous-hydrogen pressure values up to 28 kbar.
Abstract
The analysis of some published results of experimental studies on palladium-hydrogen and nickel-hydrogen systems in high-pressure-hydrogen conditions is presented together with the calculation and extrapolation methods used. The hydrogen-to-palladium atomic ratios, R H Pd≥ 1, and the hydrogen-to-nickel atomic ratios, R H N i≥ 1, were never obtained for gaseous-hydrogen pressure values up to 28 kbar.
