This study examined the effects of heavy resistance training on physiological acute exercise-
induced fatigue (5× 10 RM leg press) changes after two loading protocols with the same
relative intensity (%)(5× 10 RM Rel) and the same absolute load (kg)(5× 10 RM Abs) as in
