Generation of young adults living with their parents in European Union countries

Young adult Europeans today find it more and more difficult to leave their native nest. The
article examines the changes in the percentage of nesters over time, considering their
gender, age, and the form of professional activity and employment status. The article also
measures the phenomenon of nesting using the linear ordering of countries. Eurostat data
